License Problem
The most common cause of license problems is typing in the license
code incorrectly during the installation process. If you are having
a problem with your license, you can either reinstall your registered
version and enter your code when asked, or
1) Select the Help | About menu.
2) Press the "L" key on your keyboard
when the About dialog appears.
3) Enter the name with which you ordered and your license key EXACTLY (case matters).

a new computer, simply install Judy’s TenKey on the new computer

Help with Microsoft Vista
By default, Microsoft Vista no longer supports the Help file format used in all previous versions of Windows. Nice. To enable Help to function as before, go to this Microsoft page and press [Continue] to download the needed WinHlp32.exe component.
Application Appears in Task Bar But Not on Screen (pre-v4.04)
Judy's Applications products have the ability to remember their
last location and display themselves there. If you have turned on
"Save Settings on Exit" and you close the program when
it is iconified, it will record invalid values for its display location.
The next time you launch the program, it will try to display itself
off the screen, so you will only see it in the Task Bar.
If you are having this problem, you can simply edit the application's ini file and change the settings Left and Top to 0.
The latest versions of Judy's Applications programs fix this problem; you can permanently eliminate this problem by upgrading
to the latest versions.
There is also a free Judy's TenKey update available that fixes this problem; licensed
users can download it from our Downloads
page.
"Wrong version of Ctl3d32.dll" Warning
Message
Some Windows 95 systems complain that the version of the Microsoft
dynamic link library "ctl3d32.dll" shipped with Judy's
Applications software is intended for Windows NT.If you are having
this problem, right-click on ctl3d32.dll (26K), select Save As from the pop-up menu,
and save this to your "Windows\System" folder, replacing
whatever you have there now.
Some Web browsers
rename this file to "ctl3d32.exe" when they download
it. If this happens, just rename it back to "ctl3d32.dll".
TenKey Crashes When Copying Tape Under Windows NT (pre-v4.04)
You can either upgrade to the latest version
or download a free patch that fixes
this problem.
CountDown Holiday Date is Incorrect
Some holidays change dates from year to year. Periodically,
you should download an updated CountDown
event definition set (1KB). Just use the "Settings | Get
Update" menu option in Judy's
CountDown version 1.2 or better to automatically merge these
updates in with your own personal event set.
